Request data deletion

What gets deleted

When we action a verified account-deletion request, we remove the personal information associated with your account, including:

• Your name, email address and login credentials.
• Your profile and role within your organisation.
• Personal information you can be identified by in day sheets and related records, where it is not part of another organisation’s required business records.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where it belongs to your employer rather than to you:

• Billing and tax records. We’re legally required to keep certain transaction records for a set period.
• Organisation-owned operational data. Day sheets, machine hours and job records often belong to the company whose Grafa account you use. If your request relates to that data, we may need your organisation’s administrator to authorise its removal, or we’ll point you to them.

How long it takes

We’ll confirm your request, verify it’s really you, and action it within 20 working days. Complex requests may take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted if so.
