The fine print, in plain English

Anyone with a Grafa login: office staff approving sheets, and operators or subbies submitting them. Your first 5 are covered by the base price; each one after is NZ$3 a month.
Only while they're active on your account. Deactivate a subbie at the end of a job and they stop counting toward your bill the next cycle. Reactivate them just as easily when they're back on site.
Full access, every feature, no card required. At the end you add a payment method to keep going, or walk away with no charge. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
Anytime, from your account. Add or remove users and your next invoice adjusts automatically. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Prices are shown in NZD excluding GST. GST is added at checkout and itemised on every tax invoice for your records.
